The ASEAN property and business landscape shone brightly last week as the prestigious ASEAN Property Developers Awards 2025/2026 and the Top Quality Brand Awards 2025/2026 made a triumphant return. The occasion was elevated by the presence of Yang Berhormat Datuk’ Lo Su Fui, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) . In his keynote address, the Deputy Minister emphasized the critical role these awards play in promoting responsible business practices.
“The ASEAN Property Developers Award recognizes industry leaders whose developments are transforming cities and strengthening communities,” he stated. He praised the winners for their dedication to creating inclusive, safe, and environmentally responsible urban spaces, which aligns perfectly with Malaysia’s commitment to carbon neutrality. He further noted that the Top Quality Brand Award honorees are setting new benchmarks by integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values into their core business strategies.
