The three-day exhibition showcases 260 booths, connecting local and international suppliers with F&B entrepreneurs and operators. Visitors can discover new products, source business solutions, and establish trade partnerships across the food and hospitality industry.

The EV food truck, powered by X-Miles and introduced in collaboration with Chery, combines electric mobility with a fully equipped commercial kitchen. Its integrated electrical system powers lighting and selected onboard equipment, reducing reliance on conventional fuel-powered generators. Designed as a ready-to-operate food business concept, it offers entrepreneurs a potentially more cost-efficient and sustainable approach to mobile F&B operations.

Ethan Choong, CEO of Ping Edge Sdn Bhd, said: “The F&B industry cannot afford to stand still. Rising costs, manpower challenges and changing consumer expectations are forcing businesses to rethink how they operate. Technology is no longer just an option for the future; it is becoming essential to staying competitive. Through TT360, we want entrepreneurs and established operators alike to discover practical solutions, explore new opportunities, and connect with the right partners to take their businesses forward.”

Beyond the EV food truck, TT360 2026 presents solutions spanning the F&B value chain, from commercial kitchen equipment and food ingredients to kitchen design, certification services and retail technologies. Visitors can explore offerings from local and international exhibitors, compare solutions for their businesses, and connect directly with potential suppliers and partners.

The exhibition also features international participation from China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and Italy, giving Malaysian F&B businesses the opportunity to explore overseas products, discover new technologies and build connections beyond the local market.
