APHM 2026 Forges Stronger Regional Ties and Malaysia–China Healthcare Partnerships to Shape the Future of Value-Based Care

The Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia (APHM) officially opened the 32nd APHM International Healthcare Conference & Exhibition 2026 today at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, marking the start of a three-day event running from 28 to 30 July 2026.

Under the theme “From Volume to Value: Measuring What Matters in Healthcare Performance,” this year’s conference brings together healthcare leaders, policymakers, clinicians, insurers, technology innovators, academics, and industry professionals from Malaysia and around the world. The programme is designed to drive forward-looking conversations on value-based healthcare, with a spotlight on healthcare financing, operational excellence, workforce resilience, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, patient safety, medico-legal updates, and cross-sector collaboration.

A key feature of APHM 2026 is its strategic alliance with Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions (RSE) through the co-location with THIS ASEAN. This partnership creates one of Southeast Asia’s largest integrated healthcare platforms, reinforcing Malaysia’s status as a regional healthcare hub while bridging local providers and businesses with China’s expansive healthcare network and the broader ASEAN market.

The combined event is projected to host over 450 exhibition booths, more than 7,000 trade visitors, approximately 2,000 conference delegates, and hundreds of regional and international speakers. This expanded gathering offers unparalleled opportunities for knowledge exchange, technology demonstrations, investment dialogue, and cross-border commercial collaboration.

APHM remains steadfast in its mission to cultivate a dynamic space for shared learning, innovation, and strategic partnerships, while advancing Malaysia’s private healthcare sector and elevating the nation’s profile as a premier healthcare destination in the region.
